The CBSA is transforming its operations through the Cargo and Accounting Re-engineering Management (CARM) initiative, now in its second release (Release 2). This release enhances the CARM Client Portal (CCP) with several key features:

Electronic Management of Appeals: Users can now manage appeals and compliance actions electronically, reducing paperwork.

CARM Client Portal Overview

Launched in May 2021, the CCP serves as a self-service platform for managing accounting processes related to shipments into and out of Canada. Key benefits include:
